Discover legends of the Exotic Tropical Islands of Zanzibar and Mafia.

Safari Overview.

The Tanzania Wildlife Safari and beaches holiday in Tanzania will combine the visit to the northern Tanzania parks where you will have a chance to see different animal in the bush. Not only that, but also you will visit the Maasai Tribe at Ngorongoro and you will experience their ways of life and watch how they are dancing on their bomas.

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport-JRO. Meet and Greet with our Representative.  Transfer to Arusha for Late Lunch Dinner and Overnight. (Half Board). We will use evening hours for safari briefing and program schedule.

Day 2:Tarangire for Game Viewing and Photographing

After breakfast departs to Tarangire National Park for Game Viewing and Photographing with a Picnic Lunch. Famous for its tree climbing pythons, massive baobabs and large herds of elephants, Tarangire National Park is small but still home to a significant wildlife population, with a density of wildlife matched only by Ngorongoro. Dinner and Overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge. (Full Board)

Day 3: Game Viewing and Photographing Manyara

After breakfast departs to Lake Manyara National Park for Game Viewing and Photographing with a Picnic Lunch. Stretching for 50km along the base of the rusty-gold 600-metre high Rift Valley Escarpment, Lake Manyara is a scenic gem, with a setting extolled by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”. The Park host larger herds of elephants, buffalos, zebras and many others. Dinner and Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge. (Full Board).

Day 4: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast departs to Ngorongoro for Crater Tour with a Picnic Lunch. The largest collapsed unbroken caldera in the world with high concentration of big game wildlife. The only place on earth where mankind and wild animals co-exist in harmony-The Natural Wonders of the World and World Heritage Site. Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. Day 5: Serengeti  Photographing

After breakfast depart to Serengeti National Park for Game Viewing and Photographing with a Picnic Lunch, via Maasai Cultural Boma and Olduvai Gorge “The Candle of Mankind”. The oldest and most popular National Park, a World Heritage Site recently proclaimed as 7th world wonder of the World, Serengeti is famed for its Annual Wildebeests Migration. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge. (Full Board).

Day 6: Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti

After breakfast departs for Full Day Game Drive with a Picnic Lunch. Discover the beauty scenic of Serengeti Endless Plains, scattered with lager groups of wildebeests, impala, zebras, lions, cheetahs, Hyaena, topis and many others. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge. (Full Board)

Day 7: Connect the Flight to Mafia

After breakfast, transfers to Seronera Airstrip-SEU. Take the Flight to Arusha then Connect the Flight to Mafia. Meet and Greet with our Representative. Transfer to Mafia Island Lodge for Lunch, Dinner and Overnight. (Full Board)

Day 8: Mafia Walking Excursion to Experience Village life.

After breakfast depart to Kinasi Island which is packed with numerous ancient ruins including largest ruin of the German Colonial Administrator; Walking Excursion to experience Village life and Activities: Boat-building, Sail-making, Hand-manufacture of Coconut Coir Ropes; Nature Walking Tour to Ancient Coral Rock Swimming Pools with the Picnic Lunch. Dinner and Overnight at Kinasi Lodge. (Full Board)

Day 9: Kinasi Kitutia Reef Boat Excursion and Sunset Cruses

After breakfast depart for Kitutia Reef Boat Excursion and Sunset Cruses with the Picnic Lunch. Experience the Magnificent African Sunset in this idyllic location. Dinner and Overnight at Kinases Lodge. (Full Board).

Day 10: Mafia –Darusi / Miewe.

After breakfast depart to Darusi and Miewe Island for Scuba Diving, Snorkeling and Swimming. Snorkeling around Mafia Island is a fantastic and colourful experience with a wide variety of corals, tropical fish and other marine life to be seen. Relax and Enjoy the Tropical Sun Bathing. Dinner and Overnight at Mafia Island Lodge. (Full Board).

Day 11: Flight to Zanzibar

After breakfast, transfer to Mafia Airport for the Flight to Zanzibar. Arrive at Zanzibar International Airport-ZNZ. Transfer to Zanzibar Serena Inn for Lunch. Afternoon at Leisure, Relax and Enjoy the Beach and Tropical Sunbathing. Dinner and Overnight at the Zanzibar Serena Inn. (Full Board)

Day 12: Zanzibar Stone Town

After breakfast, depart for Full Day Spice and Stone Town Tours. Visit the Historic Sites, World Cultural Heritage Site- the only functioning ancient town in Eastern Africa; shopping in the Antique and gift shops. Discover and Experience Tropical Spices, Fruits, Coconut and many more. Lunch at Zanzibar Tourist Restaurant. Dinner and Overnight at Zanzibar Serena Inn.(Full Board)

Day 13: Zanzibar – Dolphin and Jozani Forest

After breakfast, depart for Dolphin Adventures and Jozani Forest Excursions with the Picnic Lunch. Experience and enjoy the swimming with Bottle-Nose Dolphins within the Indian Ocean. Discover and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Jozani Natural Forest with more than 100 Plant Species, 50 Species of Butterflies, 40 Species of Birds, Rare Endemic Red Colobus Monkey, Sykes Monkey, Bush Babies, Ader’s Duikers and many Wild Creatures. Dinner and Overnight at Zanzibar Serena Inn. (Full Board)

Day 14: Dar es Salaam

After breakfast, Morning at Leisure. Lunch at Zanzibar Classic Restaurant .Transfer to Zanzibar Seaport for the Express Boat to Dar es Salaam. Transfer to JK Nyerere International Airport –DAR for your International flight, back home. (Half Board)
